The food was lovely, my wife and I were celebrating, we had impeciable service from darcel, so lovely we gave a tip and a drink behind the bar when she finished if she would so want one, she helped my wife with deciding her meal. Alex looked busy and was friendly also but we was mainly served with darcel, above and beyond, so much so we enjoyed the service more than the food and the food was fantastic. We shall be coming again. Thanks very much
Went out for a family meal on a Sunday lunchtime. The food is pretty decent and a variety of options are available from the menu. I had slow roasted rib of beef which was delicious and fell off the bone.The staff were friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had.I would have preferred the roast potatoes to have been made in house rather than frozen, but they were tasty enough, that would have nudged up the rating, but it is a minor detail.

We have been today for Christmas Dinner. Couldn’t fault anything. Lovely setting. Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful entrance to the restaurant, where the staff were happy to take family photos, next to the Christmas tree. Table beautifully set, complete with quality crackers and place name cards. Nice touch to have gifts of books and Christmas biscuits, for the children in our party. Very thoughtful. Food was hot, delicious and plentiful! Well done to all!
