Short visit to the poachers today, exceptional service from Emily aka smiler, Hannah and Jack. Will definitely call again well done Neil and Jayne for building a good team, long may it continue.
we were greeted by Hannah, and she created a joyful mood straightaway, opening the entrance door for my wife who has walking difficulties. A table was already booked, and Hannah found one with space for a mobility aid. There was, unusually, no queue at the bar, and ordering was straightforward, the lady staff member offering to bring the drinks to our table. Since the refurbishment The Poacher has taken on a much better atmosphere, the are excellent we were served by Imy who was smiley and very friendly. I must also compliment the chef Steve, yhe food came put hot very tasty cooked to perfection. We'll be back again. Thank you gor a wonderful lunch.Parking: You need more disabled parking spaces 3 is not enough. Especially for people with mobility issues
