Great bar located centrally near the cathedral. We had drinks and food on New Year’s Day, everything was reasonably priced and there was plenty of choice on the drinks and food menus. We ordered hunters chicken and a loaded fries with pulled pork, everything was tasty and cooked very well. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
What a topping place recommended to me by another local patron. The place was full of festive cheer, the music was just at the right level so you could still talk without having to raise voices. We tried some great cocktails that were very reasonably priced. We also had a few nibbles to soak the amazing gin up. Will definitely recommend this place to my colleagues and friends as I had a wonderful night.

Recently, I had an amazing night there for the Christmas festivities. Very accommodating to a large group and nothing seems too much trouble! Staff were extremely friendly and up for a bit of banter with my uncle, who may have enjoyed the ales a little too much. Excellent food, plenty of beverage choices and a brilliant atmosphere.Will be back again in the new year!
