5th time in a row going through the drive through and having to wait in the car park for my Cold food. What is the point of a driverhrough if they cannot operate as one?? If you are in a hurry do not use this McDonalds!!!!
Honestly can't find a fault with these guys, they're rapid 99% of the time. I experienced a tiny delay in getting my food tonight and they upgraded my meal from medium to large for free because of this! The service is kind and quick, and the food is usually hot & fresh (it is a maccies though so sometimes it's been out for a while ?♀️). Overall, one of the best maccies I've ever been too ??

I don't always want to sit in but find if I go through the drive through my order is never correct so use machine inside to get correct order. Very busy place and I do think there should be a different counter for the drivers who are doing delivery's. Staff good facilities generally clean. Very busy place think parking and drive through waiting area needs sorting as people do not always use the correct way out of drive through but it is a designed very bad.
