We were warmly greeted on arrival and parked up with no problem. When we reached the room it was clean and tidy with all the usual 'extras' The bathroom was spotless with a powerful shower. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had good air conditioning. The view from our window (second floor) overlooked the wharf. Well situated on Brayford Wharf, so a great view. Rooms are okay, however there was a whiff in the room/corridor which was a bit off putting. Also during weekdays breakfast is only served until 09:30, I’m sure it says it somewhere but it’s too early. There were three separate people trying at 09:40. So for £209.00 overall average and no more.
Stay was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was good nothing I would shout about, we did end up eating out the second day but I’m not mad at that. The atmosphere of the brayford at night is very magical, I imagine even better at Christmas.
