Lady behind the bar brilliant, so friendly. Our Sunday roast was beautifully cooked. Took my mum there for her birthday. We really enjoyed it. Definately going back. Great pub food and welcoming staff.
I live in the village and have been coming to the pub for nearly a decade. The quality of the ambience, food and welcome is very very good. Decent prices and you will not leave hungry, these are two important factors. The food is presented well and there are good options for carnivores and veggies. A strong recommendation from me ??

Nice Sunday lunch, nice place, good quality Sunday roast, bit more very might have been nice.Surprised to see there was no option for a starter on the menu, just main course and dessert. As a family birthday celebration we would have quite happily had a 3 course lunch.Would certainly return.
