Hillrise, Caistor Rd, Market RasenLunch was exceptional! I had the fish and chips, which included a generous amount of homemade chips and a beautifully cooked fish in crispy fresh batter! My partner had the sea bass was was so tasty, with new potatoes and a stunning sauce!
Wish we could have done dinner too but we were already sorted at our self catering accommodation nearby…but next time we will be there!!
Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the beer was delicious.
Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Only reason I’ve given 4 for atmosphere is because it was quiet at lunchtime.

The Bistro Bar & Kitchen
55 Queen St, Market RasenTrip into Market Rasen and stumbled on this amazing place. Ultra dog friendly, to the point of a dog menu (our boys recommend the sausig from the doggie menu). Great menu and the quality of food spot on. If you are in town, visit this place and you won't be disappointed. Shame we live 140 miles away or we would be in here on a weekly basis

5 King St, Market RasenThe chicken tikka masala was bang on but the madras had zero heat to it, almost like some spices had been forgotten. They was busy for valentine's day though. Good atmosphere and service.

Market Pl, Caistor, Market RasenOrdered a mixed kebab, which is donna meat and chicken. The salad was fresh and You get chips with it. There was enough for 2 plate fulls and i was stuffed. It was delicious. I was given a card for if I spend over £10 on each order and place so many orders overtime, I then get a free cheese pizza. I noticed a poster on the wall that you can get a free cheese pizza on your birthday too.

2c Horsemarket, Caistor, Market RasenWe had Nadirahs delivered to us last weekend and it was delicious. It arrived on time, still hot and was the best Indian takeaway we've had in years. Thanks so much.. we will definitely be back.

The Bull Inn
Caistor Rd, South Kelsey, Market RasenThis was not our first visit to The Bull Inn. Every time we visit we are given a very warm welcome by the owner and his team.
My partner and I have dined there this evening, and I can honestly say the food was excellent.
Fresh, tasty, and very well presented.
On this occasion my partner chose the salmon and I had the haddock. Absolutely fantastic. The staff were brilliant at putting a takeaway meal together for my partner's son....
Thank you to all the staff at The Bull Inn.
I definitely recommend trying this place. You will not be disappointed.

The Clickem Inn
Swinhope Nr, Binbrook, Market RasenOur first and certainly not our last visit to this most delightful inn. Recommend by a friend, who also recommended the HOME MADE STEAK PIE. Amazing pie, full of beef the whole pie was cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes peas carrots and beans accompanied this delicious pie, also cooked just right.
My good lady had the lasagna with freshly cooked chunky chips delicious. We will definitely be returning frequently. Well done all.

12 Front St, Tealby, Market RasenI had the Paddington afternoon tea with my friend. we sat upstairs in the window. the table was sent up with marmalade. very quaint. lovely afternoon tea. beautiful handmade cakes. lovely staff lovely service. I would definitely recommend 100%

11 Kingsway, Tealby, Market RasenI come here to have a drive out in my fast car across the wolds. This pub reminds me of old england when it was a great place and it gives you a great feeling. The moshrooms came out within five minutes of me ordering and very nice.the steak was cooked just right as requested and it wasnt catering butcher meat, it was great quality with the flavour of the cut coming through, plus being charcoal cooked yummm. The chips wow, not had chips like that in years, tasted so clean, zero grease and the potato so fresh, not the over cooked and sat saturated tripple cooked but just as crunchy wow. The sauce and trimmings great. Im coming back for more chips, and fish and gamon another time with chips. This was great quality and the prices great and gastro quality witout the price and poetion size its great here ????

Savage's Fish & Chips
2, 16 High St, Caistor, Market RasenJust stopped off on our way back from Mablethorpe to North Wales. Needed to charge our car. Spotted the chargers on the co-op car park and found Savage’s next door. Perfect timing for a hungry family! The chips are outstanding. The kids said “10 out of 10”. Great value. Great food. A very lucky find on our detour to find a charger! Would definitely detour again when in the area to call in for chips here.

Ten Acres, Top Rd, Market RasenPopped in on the start of a long drive just for a coffee Been past many times before.but never gone in.Didnt have anything to eat but by the look of some meals that other people were having we were missing a real treat .Gonna be our must go to cafe from now when were walking in the area..Coffee was great by the way

From the outside it looks a little tired, but I was pleased with the quality of the food, comparing well with others that I have used over the years. There were one or two dishes that I haven't seen before, and would definitely have again. It was very busy, lots of called in orders, who were being told 1 hour, but they had mine done in less than 20 minutes. Would use again.

Main St, Normanby-by-Spital, Market RasenA cheeky midweek lunch and it didn't disappoint! Pie, chips and veg, and the pork and apple burger. The chips were fab homemade like great chippy chips, hubby said the pie was great, even the veg was! Great menu, could have picked anything off it!
It was clean, nicely decorated. It's the old style layout, left into the restaurant, right into the bar. We turned left as we went for lunch but we could have sat in the bar, both sides equally lovely. The fire was lit in the bar area which made it feel all warm and snug! We were welcomed by the barmaid, super customer service.
What a great little village pub!

Special Edition Chocolate
Willingham Hall, Market RasenI visit the chocolate drop every Friday and I am always welcomed by the owner or the nice lady. Both have a real knowledge of chocolate.
I am given plenty of tasters and today I got to try the custard chocolate which blew my mind.
The hot chocolate is fab and a must try.
Love the chocolate and my favourite is strawberry closely followed by the custard.
Brilliant shop. Thank you.
