Staff are so friendly & helpful, especially because I have Epilepsy, Lizzy is always so thoughtful & has especially understood & prompted me to ask her for any help if I need it, which is something I really like & appreciate about shop/cafè staff, as I'm not as fast as people who don't have the condition. Thank you so much for your help to me Lizzy when I'm on my own. I really appreciate it.?

Absolute chaos. No extractor fan in the open-plan kitchen, so deadly and unpleasant fumes. Also I sat down to place my order and was noticed but ignored by all staff members until I left 10 minutes later.

Just had the best afternoon tea at Columbia Coffee Lounge.
Very fresh and with a good choice of sandwich fillings.
The owner and staff are so welcoming and lovely and the cakes are a absolutely delicious.
We Will definitely be visiting again soon ?

Not been in here for awhile, as Scunthorpe is lacking a decent coffee house and I had time to kill I thought I would try this place again. Staff nice, nicely decorated so far so good. However I asked for a coffee with cream. Was served a black coffee with long life cream instead of fresh..
Good value for money drinks and bacon baps. Will come agy

Popped over to Scunthorpe for a change of scenery and was in need of a post shopping pick-me-up. The Columbia Cafe has a good location just off the main shopping area. Went in fancying just a coffee...but then saw the cake selection and my wife and I had to have a piece. I had a succulent carrot cake, and my wife had a Nutella/Cookie dough cake. I also decided to have the Latte Supreme [which has whipped cream on the top as well]. They cakes were very tasty - and the caffine and sugary treats gave us more energy to hit the high street again.
