Just had the best afternoon tea at Columbia Coffee Lounge. Very fresh and with a good choice of sandwich fillings. The owner and staff are so welcoming and lovely and the cakes are a absolutely delicious. We Will definitely be visiting again soon ? Thankyou
Popped over to Scunthorpe for a change of scenery and was in need of a post shopping pick-me-up. The Columbia Cafe has a good location just off the main shopping area. Went in fancying just a coffee...but then saw the cake selection and my wife and I had to have a piece. I had a succulent carrot cake, and my wife had a Nutella/Cookie dough cake. Staff are so friendly & helpful, especially because I have Epilepsy, Lizzy is always so thoughtful & has especially understood & prompted me to ask her for any help if I need it, which is something I really like & appreciate about shop/cafè staff, as I'm not as fast as people who don't have the condition.
