Much, much nicer than StarbucksParking: Free parking in shopping car park a long way off . Shopping area is pedestrianised but filthy, lots of flying rats (pigeons) and bird excrementWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair could get in. Limited mobility loo is full of trip hazards and cleaning products. Loo is part store room. It is however quite clean. Store is clean mostly.Tables not cleared quickly as not enough staff. Prices are high. Costa need to treat their staff to some colleagues

Standard Costa but very spacious. Everywhere was clean, nothing left on tables. Staff were friendly

Costa as standard, staff always nice. The atmosphere given where it is in town is horrible. Imagine having a coffee with your chavyest family members that still think they are in prison.

Costa Lot! This is not proper authentic coffee, expensive dishwater, tasteless.Even mac Donald's offer better better quality and value!IF you like real coffee try the Italian brands, Lavaza , kimbo, Illy etc. And make it yourself. Just a massive rip off!!

Went in for a drink and so my daughter could feed her baby...on the way out we notices that one of your staff was outside witha gentleman who had had a fit. She had already rang for an ambulance. As my daughter is a nurse she had to stop and help. The staff member told her boss that he shd onlynpay her till 4 as she was outside. Her shift finished at 6., please make sure this young lady gets recognition for her caring, customer service. And please don't Dock her wages for doing a good deed.. I would also like to say ty to another staff member who let me go back in a nd sit with my grandson while waiting for the ambulance... well done on the customer service in this store..
