Went in for a drink and so my daughter could feed her baby...on the way out we notices that one of your staff was outside witha gentleman who had had a fit. She had already rang for an ambulance. As my daughter is a nurse she had to stop and help. The staff member told her boss that he shd onlynpay her till 4 as she was outside. Her shift finished at 6., please make sure this young lady gets recognition for her caring, customer service. And please don't Dock her wages for doing...read full review

Costa as standard, staff always nice. The atmosphere given where it is in town is horrible. Imagine having a coffee with your chavyest family members that still think they are in prison.
