Me and some friends were visiting the area and stumbled upon this pub. Great place, friendly owner and staff, two good pool tables, good beer and lovely back beer garden. Definitely will be visiting again
Fantastic quiz night tonight. Really enjoyed ourselves, warm and welcoming. And I can't wait for next month. Would like to thank Roy and Mandy abs quiz master Ian for a lovely evening. ! This is just what our village needed a sense of community and laughter.

Popped in for an impromptu drink on the way past... It's a lovely looking old pub, with a really friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be going back for something to eat soon.
