First time visit to this branch and the only negative was one member of staff.Initially when I approached the counter there were two members of staff behind the counter (didn't get names), a taller gentleman and a shorter person.The shorter one had no customer service skills what so ever, when I approached the counter there was no greeting, no "how can I help ", absolutely nothing, the shorter one just stood there and stared at me.I requested the first couple of items and then...read full review
Always clean staff are friendly ,very attentive .It is a please to pop in to have a cuppa and a cake. I love the breakfasts and Pumpkin spiced latte. Manager served me Saturday she was lovely .
