Hogsthorpe Rd, Mumby, AlfordGreat meal. Obviously going to be busy tonight, judging by the reservation notification on the tables. We tried yesterday but could not get a table until tonight. Well worth the wait. Wife had surf and turf, I had the pork and black pudding. We cannot fault the food, service or beer. Definitely worth a second, or even third, visit.

Sutton Rd, AlfordWent to the Axe and cleaver whilst on holiday after seeing reviews online and it did not dissappoint food was delicious steak cooked perfect and the portion sizes are huge. Was lovely and the prices are great aswell highly recommend.
