I come here like 3 nights a week after work… this is normally around 11pm - 1am..I have currently been sat at the queue for over 20 minutes there is only 4 cars here. But the staff can’t be arsed to ask the one at the front to park up!Always slow in the night.. like they can’t cope with the 5 cars they have in 1 hour. Drive thru. Was told to park up and waited 20 minutes the staff walked past car twice but how did I know was my food to be told when they finally found car I should of shouted. Therefore food had gone cold!!!
For what it is, this is one of the best. So stars are based in comparison to other fast food outlets, not all restaurants. We always go at lunch, and the food is always fresh, it's usually quite busy but you can always get a table. The staff sometimes deliver your order to your table, they always take your tray from your hands as you walk to the bins to take care of the recycling. Added hidden gem?
