Lunch at "8" by Andrew Sheridan on 13.01.24. You're first led into a dimly lit lounge area as soon as you come in. You enjoy a cocktail (or two) and Chef's snacks here. I had a Banana and salted caramel Old Fashioned, highly recommended!⚜️3 snacks are served in the lounge are small but fully packed with flavour. We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant..The food was exquisite and the wine pairing was perfect. We enjoyed sitting and watching the creators do their work and chat about the ingredients..I would definitely recommend visiting.

The best eating experience I have ever had. Exquisite food, incredible wine pairing and unbelievably friendly and engaging service…. Can not recommend highly enough. We need more places like this that invest not only in the ingredients and food but also the entire dining experience… from coat drop off to coat collection and every single second in between.
