Ordered fish and chips delivered. Batter wasn't crispy at all and whole meal was served in a polystyrene box rather than being wrapped in paper - hate it when this happens as feel like I've been cheated out of chips.
I arrived at the Abbey with fish n chips in mind. A busy period meant no fish on display. Not a problem because in about 7/8 minutes I had the freshest, crispy fried fish along with a generous portion of chips. I can honestly say I have never had a better piece of chip shop fish. We have ordered from here before and the food was great but this time when we called up we got told that we lived over there delivery range of 4 miles even though we live about 2.5 miles away, the woman on the phone was being quite iffy with us and i wont be ordering from here
