Haven't been to Archie's in a long time and wanted to try it as a treat. Was apprehensive due to recent reviews but I had a perfectly good time there. Staff were lovely, food came in under 10 minutes and was nice and hot, and the place was clean. The food is pretty costly but that's what you expect from a gourmet burger place. Got my food in 45 minutes at a quiet time. Staff were slow and helpful. Back was full of bags of food and mine was taken off that shelf and passed over 20minutes after being out there. Food was cold. And my ask for no sauce was not taken. Atmosphere was bad with staff being rude to both customers and delivery staff. Security man inside insisted on holding the door open making the inside freezing. Had such a great experience, staff took care of all of our needs and provided us with an exceptional service. Evie, Fahid and Claudia have been nothing but amazing and caring about the establishment and well-being of customers. Had an issue with our order and they promptly fixed it.
