Been coming here for many years. It's usually filled with people of my (pensioner) age and they all seem to have a great time. Today I tried the Black pudding, sausage and bacon toastie and it was beautiful. Compliments to the chef. Good service and they have a good selection of real ales. Nice place to have a few quiet beers.
Great old style pub right in the city centre. Great selection of beers and if you want a variety of lagers.Friendly staff and customers.It's not a pub for the youngsters no music or flashing lights but ideal for us mature oldies ??
