Recently converted from Costa as they sold me a cup and said you get a discount for using your own cup but when I went to get a refill they said go and clean your cup then come back we don't touch used cups so I goto Starbucks now because they are as petty as Costa and they are cheaper
The big reason I have taken stars off for this is the length of time it took to get served. It was a Saturday morning, maybe 11am, so pretty quiet but it took 10-15 minutes.I don't blame the staff, they were clearly working hard. There was simply not enough staff. Only 2 members to clean, wash dishes, make food, coffees, milkshakes and other complicated drinks. If they had more staff, they'd serve more people and make more money...

Costa coffee has to be my favourite of any of the main chains' coffee in regards to its flavour.The shop itself is quiet and relaxing and the staff are quick, attentive and friendly.
