Ordered and the delivery took nearly two hours. Wouldn’t have minded but the food turned up stone cold. I rang to politely tell the restaurant hwas called a liar and verbally abused. Was told the driver would come back to collect the food. She did. And she proceeded to get the noodle (which were at the bottom of the bag) and pour them all over my doormat - I rang the restaurant to inform them and they didn’t even pick the phone up. Full of flavour, hot food, great portions, and the chicken is always good. Speedy delivery also! Second time I've ordered from here now whilst staying in Liverpool. Definitely on my list of favourite take aways!
Have had lots of meals delivered from Gui Garden, never had a problem until this evening. I ordered a meal for 2 of us to be delivered at 07.00pm, a delivery driver arrived around 05.30pm with the meal. I told her that I had ordered for 07.00pm delivery. Ok says she and off her and the driver go. At 06.55pm they return with my meal, at which point my wife asked if it was fresh? And she and the driver said it was a "fresh meal".
