Family feast was appalling, took it back for refund, 2 members of staff couldn't comprehend why I was not happy with only chicken legs in my family feast order.I wasn't told at the time of purchase they were giving me just chicken legs which looked as if they had been tossed all over to tray. I didn't get the choice to cancel my order at the time. dealt with my complaint in a very unprofessional manner. Very rude..towards me. Would never buy from there again. Every time we order here we get cold greasy food and missing items staff aren’t helpful and rude over the phone. Not sure why it’s so hard to follow simple orders and put them in a bag, makes me question the human race…

Second time been here first time didn’t give a review, well what can I say first and second time would be same review staff rude - staff telling you to go McDonald’s- I said if I wanted McDonald’s I would have gone there - rudest staff I’ve ever encountered will never go there again
