Didn't think it was possible for somewhere to mess up your order 15 times in a row. But here we are.Me and my partner live across the road but will now drive to Huyton to use theirs, since our order is never right and always missing items, I honestly think it ls some sort of a game in there. Honestly hate this place

Absolutely disgusting! 4th time we have ordered on the app from the belle vale McDonald's and this the 4th time something has been missing. We drove up only to be told they could not give us the missing item. And was told we have to contact uber eat to get a refund. The staff are simply not very good at the Job obviously.

DO NOT use this hole, customer service is dreadful and certainly do not use uber eats! Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive an email saying order has been cancelled after being told the order was received and being processed! I don't usually write reviews but this is not the 1st issue we have had with this particular branch, needless to say we won't be using either in the future, absolutely dreadful.

This by far, the worst place to buy food. The Place stinks, food is the worst of all and while there are tills, no kne will take your order and they tell you to use the self service else leave. Whoever the lady who calls herself manager need to undertake customer service. I wonder how and why people even go there.

Not very happy with the service. Went through the drive through at night so it wasn't really as busy as a day time service but there were a few cars in front of me but not many I waited 10 mins from ordering to getting to the food window. When I finally got to the window where they give you your food I waited 5 mins then was asked move to a parked bay there I continued to wait another 5 mins where I watched 4 people drive off with their food I was given mine and didn't receive an apology for the wait. I wasn't waiting for one but it would have been nice to get one. Got home and realised there was no straw for my drink, no napkin, no sauce and the food looks like its just been thrown in the bag.I don't expect someone to come out singing and dancing with my food but I do expect service a bit better than what I got.

I have had my share of McDonald's in my Uni days- Everyone should experience a Big Mac, munch on a quarter pounder and try the tastes of the world atleast once.Fast forward 10 years and things have changed- the drive throughs have become inundated with a huge increase in McDonald's app orders. The once quick and efficient fast food model has been replaced by long waiting times, large orders being prepared to be picked up by Just Eat & Uber Eats, queues of people exasperatingly looking at their phones! The kitchen is in overdrive & the overstretched staff are hurriedly putting the orders together. After all that, the food is most definitely cold... You could order a restaurant meal quicker and it would be hot and tastier!The staff are trying their best to keep up with the orders, but it is an impossible system & McDonald's are to blame! Its a McMess!!!

Food has really gone downhill here. Items are missing, food is often cold with long wait times if you order online. It’s very rare to get a hot meal with everything that you have ordered.

My girlfriend got a happy meal and didn't receive a toy but we just moved past it and though it was just a mistake but a week later when we went again they still didn't put a toy in the happy meal and when I tried to call to complain of the issue there was no answer I also tried on multiple times to get hold of someone to complain with no success.
