Absolutely disgusting! 4th time we have ordered on the app from the belle vale McDonald's and this the 4th time something has been missing. We drove up only to be told they could not give us the missing item. And was told we have to contact uber eat to get a refund. The staff are simply not very good at the Job obviously.
DO NOT use this hole, customer service is dreadful and certainly do not use uber eats! Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive an email saying order has been cancelled after being told the order was received and being processed! I don't usually write reviews but this is not the 1st issue we have had with this particular branch, needless to say we won't be using either in the future, absolutely dreadful.

But here we are.Me and my partner live across the road but will now drive to Huyton to use theirs, since our order is never right and always missing items, I honestly think it ls some sort of a game in there.
