Ordered a hot drink (caramel latte) and less than half the cup was filled. Previously had ordered this drink at other mcdonalds where it was done much better. Too crowded to hear order numbers, collection process needs an upgrade. Crowd partially caused by security not allowing family/friend members to sit on any seats until they had their food at hand. So families were all waiting at collection areas.
A busy Macdonald's in Liverpool city centre. It's ok for a visit for a quick drink and bite, but don't expect corden bleu. However can't criticise too much as it serves the community and has been there a long time.Parking: Huge underground car park at the adjacent Liverpool One centre.

Friendly staff with generally quick service but it's always packed, a lot of seats upstairs and downstairs with many self service machines available too. Perfect for a quick stop off during a shopping trip on the high street or for a bite to eat.Accessibility isn't great as upstairs seating is only accessible by the stairs but on site toilets and baby changing rooms available too.
