Food has deteriorated since Covid. Coke fries have become the norm ever since. Mistakes are frequent yet the customer is immediately blamed until they can prove they were not to blame. A good few girls who work there are lovely so this is a shame since they are not to blame but policies of management have changed to assume the customer is always wrong. Apologies are rarely offered for mistakes despite food quality plummeting.
