The staff are always very friendly and happy to engage in conversation, no matter how the customers are feeling. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The restaurant was described as a "superb chip-shop" that was a great place to grab a quick fast food meal, especially during a pub crawl around the Walton Vale area. Customers enjoyed the large portions of delicious chips that hit the spot. It was also noted that the restaurant is spotlessly clean with nice decor.
