I visited the shop about a fortnight ago and was surprised at how quiet it was at the time, especially after consuming such a delicious drink. I was however, dissatisfied at the quality of customer service. The level of unprofessionalism was quite shocking when I noticed 2 female staff members seemingly sitting on each other and giggling in the office, all while I was waiting to order. I have visited this Starbucks many, many times over the past few years whilst studying at University! It is predominantly used by University students (and staff), although it is open to members of the public also. Consistently, this place provides friendly and efficient service.
