Not the best of friendly staff considering a lot in there are not from Liverpool and go to these type of places as they advertise as the place where football in the city started. Needs to be more welcoming and not have chav birds walking round shouting get ya shots ere pretty bad really. Sort it out....
Very Impressed with this hotel, Excellent customer service, they are very friendly, kind and helpful. Clean room, love everything on it, the bed so comfy, my family loves it as we never experienced bunk bed's style hotel And we would like to come back again next time. This hotel's place is not far away from Anfield Stadium, 8 mins to walk. Bus stop (no. 26) to city centre is in front of the hotel or you can walk for 50 mins (2 miles ), we did try both. Very lively atmosphere at Liverpool home games, corporate entertainment upstairs, buys you a bit of space. Where the club started in 1892, some people are still waiting to get served from those days…..
