Bloody lovely lady behind the bar tonight, my dad fell down some stairs and the daft sod was just annoyed he'd spilled his pint. I was having a melt down!! Thankfully not badly hurt just bruised. I went to buy another and bless her, she replaced it and was concerned and really nice about it. Thank you so much xxx very kind!
