Ordered a delivery though just eat waited over 90 minutes. Called Toby to chase order to be informed that just eat had cancelled delivery for the evening due to no drivers .One of the staff sadly I didn’t catch her name kindly delivered my order to my address ? I can’t thank her enough excellent customer service and care
I booked a table of 3 for 16:20 on Dec 10th 2023. I called to state I was running 5-10 minutes late. Once we arrived at 16.30 we were in a queue behind people who had not booked at all. Once we were at the front Teresa (FOH) informed me that as we arrived later than ten minutes the table had been cancelled. Even though I called to say we would be late. She informed us that they only hold the table for ten minutes. This was never relayed to me when I called. I can understand...read full review
