Lovely place and dog friendly (they even give a cheeky free sausage for your dog), great prices and foods delightful.

Greek Taverna
4 Liverpool Rd N, Maghull, LiverpoolThe welcome and service was friendly, and efficient. The food was good - we shared a bowl of olives and bread to start. The olives were delicious. Then I had Greek sausages, which again were very good. We passed on dessert. There were lots of people on a Friday evening, so I would think booking at the weekend is recommended. Obviously popular. Would definitely recommend.

The Hare and Hounds
53 Liverpool Rd N, Maghull, LiverpoolBeen here many times, but admittedly not on Wednesday when it is also quiz night. We had finished a great meal, with great service as usual by the time the quiz started. The reason for missing star was having to move tables. Because all of a sudden we were surrounded by dogs. We moved to the only other table available, which was high stools and not great to be eating at. I didn’t know it was a dog friendly pub, sadly I won’t be coming back. At one point, a dog even had his own seat.

Food is always exceptional, good portion sizes and the guys that work there are really friendly. Recently had my first poor experience there and they couldn’t have done any more to put the situation right. Thankfully this will continue to be my go to takeaway!

Great atmosphere and good choice of food.
Staff welcoming and good with the kids.
Doors aren't automatic, which can cause difficulty. Sometimes relying on other customers to assist in opening (for pram and elderly).
I've chosen 4 out of 5 stars overall and for food, as although the food quality is good, the food prices are unreasonably very expensive.
Love the loyalty app (11th drink free). Free sweet treat on birthday. In pic ?.

Domino's Pizza - Liverpool - Maghull
Unit 6 Central Square, Maghull, LiverpoolI have coeliac disease, so very limited on take way options that are gluten free. The Gf pepperoni pizzas are amazing and never disappointed. Not tired the other options yet but don’t doubt they’re the same. Allergens visible on the app which allows me to choose sides safely. Never had reaction. I regards to the maghull store, never any delays food always arrives hot. Any issues are sorted quickly, if any.

Gui Garden (Maghull)
99 Liverpool Rd S, LiverpoolNormally we thoroughly enjoy the food from Gui Gardens, however having ordered the half Crispy Duck, the Hoisin sauce was so spicy our lips were burning! I have enjoyed Crispy Duck for 40yrs but not this time the sauce overpowered everything else.
