Goya Bistro

Absolutely love this place. It’s the best Thai food I’ve tasted. From the food to the charismatic and talented owner Goya you couldn’t ask for more. We have never been disappointed with a dish here. The flavours are so rich so moreish. The massaman curry is a special one for me but also the yellow curry I could eat that on repeat! And the fish cakes and the heavenly beef… so many tasty dishes to choose from and great value. A very special little place that is really worth a visit. Can’t wait for our next dinner there.

Shakey J's Family Dining

First time here and it was a great experience very friendly staff food was amazing I had the full English and my partner had the all American both came out together perfectly cooked high quality food and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back best food around Newton by far.

Panchi Indian Restaurant

Excellent experience tonight with my wife and 2 daughters. Food is excellent as well as the service.
Not our local so was apprehensive, found Panchi via tastecard.
Made the 30 min journey and have to say will be back.
What stands out is they control the heat of their dishes. I've had 2 stars spice in other places and it's blew the head of me. Tonight the spice level was controlled really well.
Decent prices as well even better with a tastecard.
Parking can be a pain but there is a big car park about 4 minute walk just around the corner and it's free.

Verona Kitchen & Bar,

Fantastic Italian resteraunt. Great selection of foods on the menu, along with a comprehensive choice of wines, beers, cocktails & soft drinks.
Meals were excellent & the staff were amazing. Definitely worth re-visiting.
Downside... No free parking. The on site car park is NCP controlled and has to be paid for via the 'just park' app. The only other option is find on street parking.

Good Burgers

Triple Angus burgers were excellent, non-greasy & very tasty!! Well wrapped, so our meals were still hot when we got home.
This was our first visit, after winning a voucher, we will definately be returning for more.
Very polite & positive staff.

Fabulous venue. Although a little on the small side was cosy for all our guests at the baby shower . Tumelo was fabulous and interacted with all our guests . A credit to the establishment. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very pleasant and kind ?

Went past week with family, as a celebration for a new home.
Service second to none.
Food was fabulous ?
The place is really relaxing.

The Wargrave Hacienda

Visited here off the back of a TikTok video ? drove an hour each way and it was definitely worth it.

I’m veggie and the menu was a little lacking for me if i’m being honest but my friends all enjoyed the meaty stuff.
Birria tacos were absolutely delish (apparently).

I put 5 for service because the lady that served us was great and really attentive but we did feel a little rushed.

Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

The Victoria

Only stopped for one on the way home, our first visit. If this pub is in your vicinity, then get down there as much as you can. A great place, friendly locals, massive beer garden, lovely lady running the place and cheap ale (including one of the best Guinness I’ve had outside Ireland)

Hong Liang

Always use Hong Liang best Chinese around. Real chippy chips, portions genourous, meat nice no fat (fussy eater), rice isn't sticky like other places. Order online took 20minutes delivery;) only downfall is there closed on a Monday.

The Fort Of India

Visited with friends on a Monday evening \nFabulous service throughout , both guys so friendly and humorous . They made us feel welcome and very comfortable. Told us to\nnip out to off licence to purchase alcohol if required. as we had been unaware of their bring your own policy - even kept the beers in the fridge for us \nThe food was excellent , delicious curries with tender lamb and chicken. The banquet deal was very good value for money - could not fault anything about our visit .

The Fishician

Best chippy around for miles. Never visit the chippy but this one is a real treat and we use it often. The fish served is huge and fresh and you just can’t fault it, the chips are cooked to perfection and the gravy is delicious. The proprietor is serving a tremendous treat.

Bombai Kitchen

Absolutely amazing food. Staff are so amazing and welcoming. Has been my go to place for years down and never let me down. Their lamb chops and mixed biryani is immaculate.

The Oak Tree

Popped in here as part of a group of six before a meal at a nearby restaurant. Considering most of us went for some kind of double spirit with a mixer, the tab was quite reasonable. The staff served us really quickly and there's a really large outdoor space. Didn't eat anything so can only comment on the drinks service. Would happily come again.

Willow Dragon

This has to be the best Chinese takeaway in the area "just my opinion". Ordering over the phone is effortless, the food is always piping hot, fresh and delivered without a fuss.Highly recommended ?Thank you Willow Dragon.

Village Pantry

First time that I've used this delightful cafe. An excellent breakfast, with toast and a specially coffee. All for only £8.95.
I will definitely be returning.

Being new to newton le willows i asked a pal where’s good for a pizza, she quickly said Luigi’s, she wasn’t wrong, just had one of the best pizzas Iv’e ever eaten, both Pav & Sami are a real credit to this place, 5* service and outstanding food ??

The Taste Hut

First time ordered from here and the nicest kebabs weve had in a long time, delivered in the time they gave us, fresh and still hot. Will definitely use this place again. Food lovely.

Dragon Takeaway

We tried The Dragon for the first time last Friday 5 April, having been let down by our regular supplier.
The food was beautiful, the duck was both crispy and tender and the chicken in the curry and sweet and sour was far superior to what we have been used to. Plenty of home made chips added to a fantastic meal.
Will certainly use you from now on.

Newton Pizza Takeaway

Kebab, good amount of meat, not very much salad. Also I was given the wrong kebab type, I asked for a mixed kebab- chicken and Donner meat, but was given the three meat kebab which cost slightly more, so Confrm what you order when placing your order. Shop was empty when I went in but waited 10 minutes for a simple kebab as the shop also does deliveries and they seem to take priority of a shop customer! Give them their due though... There was only one fella in the kitchen! Just give yourself plenty of time when going out to get one! Despite that, the kebab was lovely. I'm gonna ask for more salad and sauce next time. So yes, I will revisit in the future.

Sweet 'N' Sour Chinese takeaway

It seems like things have changed and the food has hit another milestone. Probably the best chow mein we've had ever had. 4 years ago we mainly had just the starters as the main courses weren't brilliant but now, I love it. Our new Chinese food takeaway. So happy ?

Pizza Lodge

Ordered Saturday night and although we did have to wait a little while for the food, the food arrived fresh and hot and they threw in a little freebie. Been here loads of times and the food is always great. The chipotle sauce is elite ?

Newton Fish Bar

Great little chippy. The menu is limited (basic British selection and some kebab options) but what they do, they do well. Staff are super friendly and the cost is really reasonable. If I ever just fancy a kebab or some fish and chips this is usually the place I'll go.

Visited today with my mum and mum's friend. Well worth the money, always clean and spotless. Cakes at the counter look very tempting! I got the cheese and ham omelette, which is served with salad and chips. Can't complain. The omelette was nice and soft, picture doesnt do it justice

One of the best sandwich shops in Warrington! I never go anywhere else and always worth the trip! Great food and friendly staff! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Dragon & Phoenix Restaurant

Took my daughter here when we first moved to the area. She was maybe around 10 years old and she fell in love with the place. Loads of character, really down to earth and the food is fantastic (great crispy duck). I am going back tonight with my daughter she is 27 now and it's still her favourite.

The Nine Arches - JD Wetherspoon

Great wetherspoons, very busy on a Friday tea time, but all food was out in around 10 minutes, and cooked to perfection. The fish was outstanding tonight. Super traditional pub atmosphere - busy & quite noisy, but relaxed and pleasant. Wetherspoons Beer and food prices are unbeatable ( as low as £1.79 for a pint of beer) - an example to other chains of how to run successful pubs. Highly recommended ?

Good takeaway! It's our go to place for fish and chips. Quick and easy ordering and collection, good tasting fish, well cooked chips and nice peas. We even treated ourselves to a sausage, which was nice.

Hands down the best Chinese takeaway I've ever had. Couldn't fault it, and delivery was lightning quick as well. Hoping it wasn't a fluke as intending to make this our Chinese takeaway choice of the future.

The food was delicious salt and pepper chicken is a must have the lady on the phone was lovely and she said 20 mins n 5 mins later the guy was at the door with our food a little pricey but completely worth

Still the best kebabs ever! We haven't been for a while due to moving but had to make a special trip as there is no replacement.
The food is amazing and Montana and the team are always friendly.
Well worth travelling that little bit further for good food. Highly recommend ?

This is my one and only takeaway.I always order pizza and cheese chips on collection and is most of time perfect.Good pizzas with loads of garnish,crispy and very cheesy chips.Carlos is a very good man and is always a pleasure to have a little chat with him ?
