Nancy is super lovely, we moved to Wales three years ago and still love coming back to Wirral just to have a takeaway from the Mayflower! It’s a real treat, always fresh and delicious food and the biggest credit is to Nancy, she literally works non-stop but remembers everything about you! She even remembers that my favourite dish is prawn toast even though she probably has hundreds customers every day! ❤️ Nancy can you please consider opening a restaurant in Wales too? So good! It was my first time trying tonight, but won’t be my last. The food is so fresh and flavorful, and the customer service was the best. I ordered the chicken chow mein and the “triple crown” with egg fried rice. The chicken chow mein is rich and lovely, but still very light. Perfect egg fried rice, and the “triple crown” was such a welcome surprise. Definitely ginger-forward, and a beautiful blend of beef, duck, shrimp, veggies, pineapple, and more. A recent find for us - a pity we didn’t find it before now. Lovely food and service. Good prices. Kung Po special wasn’t on the menu but they made one for me anyway. My new Chinese take-away go to. Highly recommended.
