The food was exceptional. Especially the lasagna and Carne Pizza. Staff are immensely helpful, as well the owners helping out and conversing with customers. Lovely people. Will be coming again.

8 Weld Parade, Birkdale, SouthportHeard so many excellent comments about the Wine Rack I felt it necessary to visit and did so on the Burns night whiskey event, what a fabulous experience.
Whilst the whiskey expert was interesting and knowledgeable the show was stolen by the fantastic host Julia and her colleagues Margarita & Rebekah, their attention to detail, constant service and humour made the night, I suspect this is just the norm for them.
Definitely coming back for more!

Spoke to Jack who could not have been more apologetic and helpful. Offered full replacement and drove to collect. Jack had my order waiting and had given a footlong cookie as an extra as the order was for my daughter who has been poorly. Jack you are what all restaurant staff should aim for...polite, thoughtful and friendly with excellent customer service skills. Subway are lucky to have you as part of their team. Will always collect from now on. Thank you ?

For main my husband had penne carbonara and he said it was the best he’s ever had (travelled the world for 15 years working). I had the mushroom linguine which was also mouth watering and both meals were piping hot. I’m partial to a cheeseboard and it was spot on. Came with sliced and toasted focaccia. The service was great. We will definitely be back!

We ordered at 6.15 pm and we're not told there was a wait on food ( I don't think there was ) At 6.50 ish we asked if our food was coming soon and we're told it was being plated up . At 7.05 my wife approached the young man who'd seated us and asked the kitchen where are food was . She explained we now had 10 minutes to be at the cinema and we would like a refund and leave as we couldn't eat the food and get there in time . At this point we weren't pleased at all but I can honestly say whoever it was who served dealt with the scenario and looked after us should be made the manager if he isn't because we walked away satisfied with his extremely professional and understanding approach and hence I commend them for the way it was resolved and dealt with . Whoever this staff member is he's a credit to the establishment and turned a shocking review into praise ??

Had a lovely meal here last night, it was typically quiet for a dark & gloomy Saturday night in January but there was still a good atmosphere with traditional greek music playing in the background. The food was amazing! For vegetarians, I highly recommend the vegetarian stuffed vine leaves and the vegetarian moussaka, both were delicious, as was the hummus and the garlic mushrooms which we shared as a starter. You get rice, chips and a greek salad with the mains and the homemade chips were out of this world! The service was quick and our waitress was lovely. The owner and chef, Theo, came out to chat with us which was nice, he has had the restaurant for over 20 years and it is clear why it has stood the test of time. Lovely authentic Greek food, great value, fantastic service and lovely relaxed atmosphere.
