Cross your fingers, perhaps you will get something you ordered. And don't even think about asking them to replace the bizarre substitute toppings or missing items you paid for - you will be met with nothing but narcissistic abuse and gaslighting. "ITS YOUR FAULT WE SENT GARLIC BREAD COVERED IN BBQ SAUCE". Who knows what else that particular staff member is 'adding' to your food.

Pizza took 1 hour 30 to arrive, when it got here it was stone cold as were sides. Phoned to ask about delivery as app said out for delivery for 35 mins and we still hadn’t received our food. Person on the phone said 15 more mins and didn’t give any other apologies or details. Delivery guy, when he finally turned up, didn’t ring the doorbell but pretended to (we have a ring doorbell have watched back) all in all totally shocking. Do NOT recommend.

Hands down the worst takeaway I've ever had. 30mins late and was freezing. Didn't answer the phone for 20mins and then were rude and didn't want to resolve the issue.

Staff are extremely rude.Placed my order online and received an email with a link to the tracking page at 18:12. I clicked the link and left the page active while the progress of my order updated. I seen my order was handed to a delivery driver so awaited my food. I received a notification to say my food had been delivered at 19:57, I had not received my food but waited for a knock at the door. It got to 20:10 and my order had still not arrived so I called the restaurant to be told the driver would be there in 5 minutes. I waited for a further 10 minutes and still no food so decided to call again to provide directions for the driver.I was told the driver was 5 minutes away and I said I had been told that already and was rudely hung up on.I called the restaurant back several times to have my calls rejected. There was still no sign of my order and it was now 20:35. I decided to drive to the restaurant to speak to the manager or request a refund. On my arrival there were 3 customers in the shop so I decided to wait until the customers had been served and speak to the staff to save any embarrassment. While I waited 1 custom was served while the other 2 customers were ignored, not served and eventually walk out of the shop in frustration. I then waited 10 minutes for a member of the staff to appear from the back so I could as for the manager to discuss my situation. Not one member of the team came out to the service counter, they peered through a window from the glass and could see me waiting but decided to ignore me. A delivery driver walked in and also ignored me. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes and gave up after no staff approached me.I find it crazy for people to work in a customer service role with no people skills, can be so rude, abrupt and treat customers awfully like it is them in the wrong.....don't work in that type of role then!?
Brilliantly made pizza.used the app and collected two xxl pizzas in no time at all.nice and clean with super efficient staff.

The pizzas were good and ready quickly but it's bloomin' expensive. Only ordered from there as there was a 2 for 1 offer, but it still came to as much as I could've paid elsewhere without a deal.
