“A prime example of why fast delivery is not always the best. I ordered some food and it arrived within 20 minutes, however one of the drinks was missing.
This is not the first time this has happened to me. Luckily the woman on the phone was helpful so I came round to pick the drink up and they offered me some free chicken to make up for it.”

We had pulled over right away and I headed into Subway to ask for some napkins to help... A very kind lady who worked at Subway then came out and offered us a bottle of water.
