Recent reviews say it all, not that McDonalds will actually care. The McDonalds in Liscard is in desperate need of staff and management that are capable or actually care about customers. In 4 orders I’ve placed here the food is always stone cold and missing items. Last order had the appearance of sitting under a heat lamp for hours and was served to me in such a solid and squashed state that eating it would have required power tools and a jaw replacement. Absolutely sick of this place. They never get the order rite and the food is always crap. I only keep ordering from ere cos the kids love a McDs. You've just renovated the place to cater better for delivery and it's still horrible. What's going on? The prices are through the roof as it is so at least got it rite. Get a different job if you can't be bothered. Sloppy cold hash browns, discoloured rubbery eggs and pattys missing off the muffins. Everything was cold.

For over 20 years I have been a very regular customer at this Liscard, Wallsey branch, 3 sometimes 4 times a week plus deliveries. They recently had a branch refurbishment and were closed for quite a few weeks. Today I went there for the first time since they reopened and was amazed to find that almost all of the downstairs seating had dissappeared forcing people to go upstairs to sit down because there was nowhere for me to sit.
