This is the most wonderful experience for brunch or lunch. We called in whilst on holiday and it was so good we had to go again. Definitely try it. You will not be disappointed. Staff, owner, atmosphere, and food are first class.

Went for lunch with my eldest and I am already planning to return. We had booked 15 minutes earlier and we were promptly shown to our table by a log fire. A good start and it only got better when my first coffee arrived. My daughter had Croque Monsieur and said it was the best she had ever eaten. I had Chorizo, poached duck egg, smashed avocado, spiced mushroom, slow cooked tomato on toasted sourdough. It was superb. A charming place with beautifully presented food with tasty flavours every time. I checked their opening times and popped down for lunch with a friend. Parking, good service, a great choice and a shop to enjoy afterwards. I especially love their pastry work - expertly made tarts which are hard not to order. Always spot on this place. (Zena / local)
