Come here every new year day and it never disappointes. Food always great. Serves awesome. And the atmosphere is very old fashion. Great family meet up restaurant. Was a good lunch here. Service was quick even during a busy period. Food was nice and atmosphere was pleasant. Not too loud. Only downside was a lot of broken glass in the outdoor area.

We went for lunch as a group of 19 ramblers. It was £6.50 for a lunch main meal, and as there were so many of us I expected a lengthy wait.The food came out very promptly and was very very nice and unbelievable value for money.Very highly recommended, and they also have some great deals during the week for two mains and wine or prosecco.
