Having visited Diss on many occasions and never going down the road this pub is situated on, I was completely shocked! Situated on a lovely large green, complete with a park for the children whilst you relax with a drink (plenty of picnic tables) The pub inside is welcoming, as are the staff, we shall certainly be returning in future.
First time visitor and lone female drinker. I found this to be a lovely pub with a great selection of draught lager, ale and cider. Good variety of bottled goods and top shelf.Fabulously attentive staff who were polite, friendly and quick!Welcoming and safe environment with friendly, chatty locals. Large bar with generous indoor seating accompanied by good outside area.Would definitely visit again. Thanks for a top evening!

I have been drinking here for years on and off I have never eaten here but it's a nice place to sit for a drink. It has outside tables front of the house and the back and across the road is a children's park and also has benches it's a really nice pub staff are friendly
