Your opinion of this old world village local, will depend on your taste in pubs.This is my kind of pub. Of which, there are too few.Traditional, cosy and focussing on serving good real ales. Lacons Norfolk Gem and 3 beers by Grain Brewery. Well kept.And it had a relaxed convivial friendly atmosphere. That is. A great pub. I frequented this pub many times in the 70s and 80s. It is still the same. A great pub for quality beer. A cosy retreat where one can wind down. It is a absolute must to visit. A pub which has not sold it's soul to the 'demands' of modern commercialism. It is a genuine place.

Nice country pub and one's a year there is a motorcycle rally held here that was called the Flecher Rally.But unfortunately he has died, so this yaer 2018 a memorial rally is being held here.You will get a warm welcome here.The pub has a large pice of land at the rear for adventis.
