I read the reviews before coming here and saw a range of good to bad reviews…. Let me tell you, this restaurant was SO good. Me and my partner both ordered the piccante pizza. It was amazing, by far the best pizza I’ve tasted, didn’t bloat me out either which I find most pizzas do! We ordered the homade desert of the day which was a chocolate cake. And oh my??? was delicious you need to try. Very lovely atmosphere, music and waitresses. 10/10 from me and my partner ❤️
Went here for anniversary meal with my wife. The special was spaghetti and meatballs. Which I had accompanied by cheesy garlic bread. Washed down with a bottle of chianti. The toffee cheesecake for dessert was quite simply out of this world. My wife had salmon tagliatelle followed by tiramasu. All under 70 quid. You won't beat it in Great Yarmouth, which is why I awarded 5 stars .
The service and meal we had were all very good quality with generous helpings. In fact couldn't fault the meal however the decor certainly needs an upgrade. Not sure if it has been re-decorated since the new owners took over but it is dowdy looking and the furniture old fashioned. The place would be much more appealing if it was brightened up. We will try it again in the future and hope the standard of the premises matches the good standard of the food.
