In the past had pleasant experiences, but most recent one on 26/7/2023 was the worst. Food was fine even if they did get the order wrong - twice. No tables had been cleaned, the floor was sticky in places, a little lad spilt his drink and the woman behind the counter was told but couldn't care less and the toilets were shut and they would not let a little boy use the other one that is apparently for staff only?!

Because of the location of this BK it seems to be somewhat quieter than other fast food outlets. Reasonably clean, but they do cater more for staff's toilet needs than those of their customers...one locked toilet ( you have to find a member of staff to unlock it. God knows why??) But right next to it are two staff toilets warning customers it's not for their use. Not a very good customer care message, BK...sort it out ?
