we always try to patronise a independent hotel when we are away it is unfortunate that many do not come up to scratch this cannot be said for the ocean in Great Yarmouth from the minute we arrived you can see this is a well run effieciant establishment with first class hands on management the room was superb spotlessly clean tea and coffee a plenty nice en suite toilet and shower lovely outside terrace for a evening drink or just to chill out with the lovely sea views breakfast...read full review
Great service, lovely food, good portions, very reasonable, but wouldn't take a £50 note ?, lucky we had a card, wouldn't poor a half pint of Guinness from a draft tap ? said we had to buy a pint ?

'Cafe Ocean' staff always give excellent service producing wonderfully presented,tasty food. Every year we come to Great Yarmouth this place is our must go to. Wise to book though as it is often full.
