Really nice pub with some great beers on tap and friendly staff. Good food with some great Thai options. There is an outdoor seating area which is covered if you need to escape the sun or rain. Good location for anyone in the nearby campsite.
Having read some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive, but I review what I find, not other people’s opinions. Our only problem was with other diners, we arrived at the same as a largish party who felt entitled to attempt to monopolise the bar, a friendly waitress spotted us, sorted drinks and bypassed the scrum to show us our table. Went here on a date night during a Friday. We didn’t make any previous reservations but were lucky to get a table on arrival and the place was busy. Would definitely recommend the food here specially the beef ribs. Will definitely go back for more. The service can be a bit slow as the place was busy but other than that everything else was good.
