We came to this pub for the first time in a few years. We spend Christmas in Morston most years, and were happy to say that after missing it last year and during COVID, I feel that the new owners have put something different on the menu, the service was warm if not a little busy, lovely atmosphere and wonderful food. Very pleased to see that something has come back to our festive village.
A huge shout-out for the wonderful landlord of The Anchor Inn, Morston, who welcomed us when we were stranded after our car broke down on Morston Quay. He even drove us down to see if he could help. We are now safely home. Thank you SO much!
