Second time we've been and both times superb. 1st time with our dog who enjoyed the attention and free treats. If you want a great village pub with a great village atmosphere then you dont need to look further than the Queens Head, was so friendly with great food and fab staff.The Sunday roast was well cooked and plenty of it.The roast potatoes were crispy as was the huge yorkshire pudding.The beef, chicken and pork belly were all equally tasty and not over cooked, the side of cauliflower cheese was heavenly.It was great to meet a chef who actively asked for feedback and was proud of his...read full review

We visit regularly for beers ...why not..is the best pub in the area. Whilst there we were tempted to taste the sword fish steak with sweet potato chorizo and vine tomatoes ...5 star dining ...in a village pub setting !
