We had a bad experience with Wherry Hotel, staff and the app, we ended up waiting for over an hour for our meals which we never got, whilst waiting for the waitress I downloaded the company app and booked 2 meals, eventually a waitress turned up and we ordered our drinks, I asked the waitress to confirm that our order for the meals had gone through which she came back and confirmed that they had, 1 hour later no meals, we asked another waiter where our meals were he came back...read full review
