I regularly use this coffee shop when shopping in Tesco. The politeness of staff guiding customers in keeping distance whilst queuing was impressive, as is the non stop friendly service from all staff. They are diligent in keeping the tables cleaned. Coffee and snacks are good too. That goes without saying as the coffee and food is standard in all branches as far as I know. When they do frothy coffee, it's frothy!
Newly refurbished within Tesco Extra. Great service, roomy, good selection, WiFi, power and plenty of seats. Staff were fantastic and great service. Loss of 1 star due to card machine not working (again) and not being able to scan for my Costa points. Maybe as part of the refurbishment could have got the IT working?Apart from that well worth a visit

Lovely staff, they are so attentive with their repeat customers, they always remember my drink and one girl even saved me a secret stash of the Irish Velvet when it had already run out, because that was my favourite, that was so lovely, I felt really valued!
